Russians formally out of World Athletics Championships

World Athletics Championships: Olympic-style sports authorities affirmed Friday that Russians won’t be permitted to contend at the current month’s World Athletics Championships Oregon22 because of the conflict in Ukraine.

The league prohibited Russians from significant international occasions soon after the nation attacked Ukraine in February.
