“Set Up for Success”: D51 Kicks Off School Registration with Resources, Supplies, and Support

<p data-start&equals;"364" data-end&equals;"502">From free meals to backpacks full of supplies&comma; Mesa County’s largest school district is helping families start the school year strong&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p data-start&equals;"569" data-end&equals;"864">It’s that time of year again — back-to-school season is underway in Mesa County&comma; and School District 51 &lpar;D51&rpar; is doing more than just opening registration&period; They&&num;8217&semi;re rallying the entire community to make sure every student walks through school doors feeling prepared&comma; others may be facing tough choices between notebooks and necessities&period; That’s where a long-running local partnership comes in&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p data-start&equals;"1620" data-end&equals;"1834">Through the &OpenCurlyDoubleQuote;Stuff the Bus” campaign — a collaboration between Mesa Mall&comma; the D51 Foundation&comma; and Town Square Media — local residents can donate new school supplies that are distributed across the district&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<blockquote data-start&equals;"1836" data-end&equals;"1970">&NewLine;<p data-start&equals;"1838" data-end&equals;"1970">&OpenCurlyDoubleQuote;This program helps students in need get what they need to learn&comma;” Berkson said&period;
