Former El Paso County Deputy Arrested for Human Trafficking
<p>A former deputy with the El Paso County Sheriff’s Office (EPSO), Ivan Sundheim, has been arrested in Texas on a felony charge of human trafficking. Authorities confirmed that the 63-year-old was taken into custody on Thursday, December 12, in Spring, Texas.</p>
<p>Sundheim, who is charged with Human Trafficking for Involuntary Servitude, is currently being held without bond.</p>
<h3>Allegations Date Back to EPSO Tenure</h3>
<p>The alleged incident reportedly occurred during Sundheim’s time with the El Paso County Sheriff’s Office. He served as a deputy from March 1993 until his retirement in April 2013.</p>
