<p data-start="705" data-end="769">It was Fort Wayne Police. They told her someone was on the roof.</p>
<p data-start="771" data-end="1019">That “someone” turned out to be 41-year-old Emmanuel Collier. Officers say they found him inside the building, refusing to come quietly. Within minutes, everything was chaos — broken glass, smoke, yelling, and eventually, a body falling from above.</p>
