<p>On January 18th, five young Latina teens in Grand Junction were given the chance to experience a Quinceañera celebration, thanks to the Cesar Chavez Celebration Committee. The event marked the first annual Mesa County Quinceañera Celebration, a heartwarming initiative designed to ensure every Latina girl gets the celebration she deserves.</p>
