The Fire & EMS team’s victory marks another highlight in the long-running tradition of community service and camaraderie.
Strength in Numbers
The “Battle of the Badges” blood drive is more than just a contest—it’s a critical effort to support blood supplies during the winter months, a time when donations often dwindle. By involving first responders, the event inspires civic pride and underscores the importance of giving back.
According to the American Red Cross, each blood donation can help save up to three lives, making the contributions of donors during this event even more significant.
