The Fort Wayne TinCaps have announced exciting additions to the promotional schedule for Parkview Field’s popular Holiday Lights event.
New Meet-and-Greet and Sensory-Friendly Features
On Monday, December 30, and Thursday, January 2, guests can enjoy a special meet-and-greet session with the “Snow Queen” character from Your Party Princess. The event will take place from 6 to 9 p.m. at the Lincoln Financial Event Center, located on the right-field concourse of Parkview Field.
Additionally, a sensory room will be available for children needing a calm space. Hosted by My Autism Ally, this room will be located at the Neoti Tech Center on the third-base side concourse. It will feature activities designed to provide a peaceful environment.
A Successful Inaugural Season
Parkview Field’s Holiday Lights, which debuted this season, has already drawn thousands of visitors. Guests can continue to enjoy the dazzling displays nightly at 6 p.m. through Saturday, January 4, excluding Christmas Eve.
Mike Nutter, President of the TinCaps, expressed enthusiasm for the event’s reception:
“The turnout for our Holiday Lights has been amazing. We’re so excited to play a part in creating memories for folks, and we hope these promotions add to that.”
