The Fort Wayne TinCaps, the Class A affiliate of the San Diego Padres, are looking for hundreds of part-time workers to join their team for the upcoming 2024 season. The TinCaps will host two job fairs at Parkview Field to fill various positions in food and beverage, ticketing, merchandise, entertainment, and more.
Job Fairs Scheduled for January 11 and 18
The first job fair will take place on Tuesday, January 11, from 5:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. in the Suite Level Lounge at Parkview Field. The second job fair will be on Tuesday, January 18, from the same time and location. Applicants are encouraged to bring a completed application form, which can be downloaded from the TinCaps website or picked up at the Parkview Field Administrative Office.
The TinCaps are hiring for nearly two dozen different roles, ranging from bartenders and cooks to mascots and ushers. Some positions require applicants to be at least 18 or 21 years old, while others are open to anyone 16 years or older. All applicants must pass a background check and meet the age requirements for their desired position.
