The tight-knit community of Ohio City in Van Wert County, Ohio, is grappling with profound grief following a devastating incident over the weekend. A double murder-suicide has left three dead, including a young mother and a father of two, shattering the peace of this small town.

A Tragic Loss for Families

Julie Mulvey Linn, an Ohio City Council member, expressed the collective shock, stating, “As small as the town is, this happened within blocks of everybody. So, it’s just very, very shocking. The air in the city today is just very heavy.”
