Multi-Car Crash Shuts Down Traffic in Grand Junction
GRAND JUNCTION, Colo. (KJCT) – A significant multi-car crash disrupted traffic Wednesday night at 30 Rd and Patterson Rd, prompting a major emergency response.

At approximately 6:40 p.m., Grand Junction Police Department (GJPD) and Grand Junction Fire Department (GJFD) arrived at the crash site. According to authorities, multiple vehicles were involved, blocking several lanes in the area.

Our team on the ground confirmed at least five vehicles were part of the pile-up, with one car flipping over. Additionally, reports indicated that gasoline had spilled onto the roadway, adding to the hazards.
Injuries and Investigation
GJPD stated that several individuals were transported to the hospital, though the extent of their injuries remains unclear. Officers have advised that they will stay in the area for an extended period as the investigation continues.
