The Importance of Recognition

Superintendent Dr. Mark Daniel emphasized the importance of recognizing and celebrating the contributions of these individuals. He noted that their hard work and dedication are essential to creating a supportive and enriching learning environment for all students.
The recognition ceremony also provides an opportunity for the broader community to express their gratitude and support for FWCS educators and staff. By highlighting the achievements of these outstanding individuals, the district hopes to inspire others to strive for excellence in their own roles. The event underscores the district’s commitment to fostering a culture of appreciation and recognition for all its employees.
